We’ve a great strategic planning development framework which we use to help bring teams through the
strategy planning process.
It starts with people (or consumers as some like to call them) and ends with people too. After all, it is the behaviour of people which will ultimately determine our goals, approach and results.
We often do this in a workshop format so it’s a good coaching tool as well as a mechanism for getting results out the other end.
